- Follow the 'book now' link to select your appointment date and time
- You will receive a text and email asking you to confirm your booking. You will need your card details to do so - no payment is taken until after treatment.
- At this point you will be requested to fill in a medical questionnaire and can see the consent forms - please do this in advance of your appointment if possible. All information will be talked through in the consultation part of your appointment and you are under no obligation to proceed with treatment. I will ask you to sign the treatment consent form when here.
- You will receive my full address in the email which contains the link to your consent forms
- If you cannot find a time or date that suits, or have any queries, please reach out via email/text/whatsapp/instagram DM
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment on your online Glowday Account.
Cancellation is free if done with over 48 hours notice
Late cancellations (within 48 hours) will incur a 10% fee
No Shows will incur a 30% fee
Please contact me as soon as possible if you are unable make your appointment, extenuating circumstances will, of course, be taken into consideration when applying these policies.

I got my treatment little over a week ago so it hasn’t set in fully yet but so far I’m really pleased with the result. Siân is amazing!!I have had Botox previously and while it gave me less movement, the result was minimal. I asked Siân to significantly reduce the movement between my brows and she did exactly that. It’s only been 1 week and my lines are gone already! So delighted and could not recommend her enough. She is very thorough and you feel safe and comfortable in her care.
