1. Prepare in advance: No makeup or fake tan, please! If you have any open skin sores,      let's reschedule for your comfort and safety.
2. Numb It Up: Ideally apply numbing cream to the area before your appointment; for      maximum comfort!
3. It’s not just for your face: Want more areas treated? Necks, chests and hands are common areas      to treat. It's just an extra £15 per area - let us know so we can schedule      enough time!
4. For 24 hours before: Avoid the sun and topical retinoids!

1. Comfort First: This procedure can be done without numbing cream and isn’t too      painful at all. We’ll stick some on before giving your skin a thorough      clean, for maximum safety and comfort!
2. Procedure: Our SkinPen microneedling device is moved slowly across your skin      three times in total, and is done section by section. It sounds a bit like      an electric toothbrush!
3. Immediate Goals: If lines, wrinkles, general skin texture and glow are the goal, we      aim for redness; for scars, we aim for a bit of pinpoint bleeding.
4. Quick & Easy: The whole procedure takes around 30 minutes.

1. Post-Glow: Expect some redness and tightness, mostly settling within 4 hours      and fully within days.
2. Leave it alone: ONLY use our provided cream for the first 24 hours—no other      products, please! That means perfumes, sun creams, shampoos, cleansers …
3. Skin TLC: Hold off on active treatments until irritation and settles avoid      heat extremes including intense exercise.
4. Sun Safe: No sun for 72 hours, then SPF can be worn again after 24 hours.
5. Next Glow-up: Book your next session 4-6 weeks from now—best results are seen      after a course of 3-6 treatments.

Results kick in around 4 weeks, however—skin remodelling keeps improving the skin for up to 300 days post-procedure, and best results will be seen when used as part of a course initially
